_Si está buscando mejorar su carrera con una empresa dinámica y en crecimiento, lo alentamos a postularse y unirse al equipo Joyson Safety Systems._**Education/Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.- 5+ years quality assurance and manufacturing experience- Experience leading difficult quality issues as key customer interface- Experience with establishing customer relationships**Duties/Responsibilities**:**JOB RESPONSIBILIES**:- The following describes the job requirements for the Customer Quality Assurance Engineer:- The Customer Quality Assurance Engineer is the lead for all global customer quality activities for the assigned regional customer(s) (this includes customer locations in all regions).- Act as a ‘Satellite QKAM’ for customers located in other regions (managed by that region’s QKAM).- Drives continuous improvement activity between the manufacturing plants and the customer.- Actively visits the customer to resolve issues, perform quality reviews, resolve quality escalations when necessary, and other appropriate tasks.- Pro-actively establishes relationships with key customer individuals and schedules regular communication at appropriate levels of the customer organization.- We are an Affirmative Action/EEO employer.
