At Unosquare’s Office, we are excited to announce that we are looking for a passionate Intermediate QA Automation to join our expanding team. Remote inside Mexico, Colombia, Bolivia or Paraguay. Responsibilities Design and implement API automation tests for RESTful services. Write and optimize SQL queries for backend data validation and database testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test plans. Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and ensure timely resolution. Conduct performance, regression, and integration testing to ensure system reliability. Provide guidance on best practices for test automation and mentor junior team members. Continuously improve test processes and automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an SDET, Test Automation Engineer, or QA Engineer. Strong Java programming skills for test automation. Hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI test automation. Expertise in Cucumber (BDD framework) for writing test scenarios. Solid experience in API automation using RestAssured or similar tools. Proficiency in SQL for database validation and testing. Experience with JIRA for test management and defect tracking. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Nice to Have Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
