Hydraulic pumps - Axial piston pumps, centrifugal, gear pumps, positive displacement, screw pumps, drain pumps.- Hydraulic valves - directional, proportional, servo valves, safety valves, checks, logical elements, control, perfill valves, poppet valves, relief valves, regulator valves.- Presses clamping systems.- Hydraulic cylinders - simple effect, double effect, telescopic.- Pneumatic cylinders.- Control blocks manfully of presses.- Hydraulic units.- Accumulators - bladder and piston.- Nitrogen loading to accumulators.- Hydraulic presses maintenance - 5000, 8000, 3000 tons presses.- Change of critical main parts of presses - tie rods, pistons, crowns, main ram, seal packages, frames, prefill valves.- Pressure hydraulic system monitoring.- Hydraulic system failures review.- Preventive maintenance of hydraulic system.- Predictive maintenance of hydraulic system.- Corrective maintenance of hydraulic system.- Oil cleaning monitoring of hydraulic system.- Hydraulic oil filtration.- Hydraulic pressure system review (100psi-6000psi)- Hydraulic system tanks cleaning and inspection.- Hydraulic system pipping inspection.- Hydraulic system hoses and connections.- Electrical motors - 1HP up to 350 HP.- Pressure transducers - position transducers, level sensors.- Projects - new hydraulic equipment installation.- Mechanic Electric Engineer or Mechatronic Engineer.- English (technical - spoken, written, read)- 5 years of experience.**About Howmet Aerospace
