Perform product replenishment planning.- Planner responsible for driving and managing the short and long term Demand Forecast for our Top Brand (+2M units per year) in the Wholesale Channel.- Lead and manage monthly Consensus Meetings with the Commercial, Merchandising and Supply Teams- Support Commercial, Customer Service and Merchandising Departments to monitor potential opportunities, product introductions and discontinued products.- Manage +60 replenishment products & +1k fashion products (In & Out, Seasonal).- Manage and solve Demand & Supply Issues, discrepances and significant variances vs forecasted demand.- Responsible of KPI analysis as part of the monthly Rolling Forecast and Consensus Process (Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Excess & Obsolete).- Monitor monthly Product performance and participate in quarterly product meetings with Merchandising & Commercial Departments.Education: Bschelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics.Experience- +3 years in Supply Chain Network (Demand Planning & Supply Planning).- Significant experience contribuiting in S&OP or IBP Process.- Wider cross-functional experience desirable (Commercial & Finance).- Detailed understanding of End to End Supply Chain Opperation Process ( Demand - Supply - Logistics - Inventory Management - Customer Service).Knowledge, skills and abilities:- APIC's Certification is a plus.- Proficiency with Excel and Planning Tools.- Spanish but advanced English spoken and written.- Excellent Analytical, organizational and decision making skills.- Ability to manage and challenge senior stakeholders and manage top conversations.- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.- Experience using planning tools such as SAP - APO Module.- Advance Excel.- Handle multiple priorities and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical savvy.&CO Expectations:- _ Know the business_: Uses data and intuition to make timely decisions, leads as global citizen, competes externally, critically analyzes on business decisions based on financial metrics- _ Own the result_: Drives for simplification and reduces complexity, understand the impact of his/her decisions, realistic and results-oriented, fully accountable for results- _ Company first_: Places LS&Co’s success over individual or group success, demonstrates willingness to learn about the entire company, engages in healthy debate, works as an aligned team, builds consensus- _ Be part of the solution_: Creates a sense of urgency and ownership, takes calculated risks, builds organizational capabilities to sustain the transformation, sets challenging but achievable expectations- _ Lead by example_: Creates environment of continuous learning, welcomes diverse styles and thinking, coaches others, listen and engages peopleLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull time
