This role will be reporting to the Senior Analyst Payroll and collaborate within a dynamic, team oriented environment. This role execute payroll transactions for US & Canada business, ensuring transactions are accurate and properly stated. Participate in the month end and year end closing process as required.**Core Responsibilities**:- Assist in the analysis and documentation of current procurement processes at various sites.- Collaborate with procurement to identify best practices and areas for improvement.- Support the development and implementation of standardized procurement procedures and guidelines.- Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for site procurement teams.- Monitor and report on the progress of the standardization project, ensuring milestones are met.- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Continuous improvement oriented- Fluency in English is a plus- Knowledge in SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.**Relocation Available?** **No****Relocation Available**:No
