Job Description:The Human Resources department at TRADEX International has an important role in the company, it is in charge of hiring drivers as independent contractors so there is an availability of carriers all over the United States to fulfill the needs of the clients of Tradex.**Responsibilities**:Oversee pre-employment screening and onboarding processUpload the employee completed information in the system once fully hired and verify documentation for payrollFollow up cases that may occur regarding onboarding, dismissals or out of service.Mediate any issues.**Requirements**:- English 95%- Customer service skills- Self Motivated- Attention to detail- Able to work independently and in a team environment- Multitask- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace- Ease of wordsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 66279, San Pedro Garza García, N.
