As a fully remote Talent Management & Recruiting Lead at BrightTax, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our global team. In short - we are a team that genuinely loves our work together.**Role & Responsibilities****Talent Acquisition**:- Lead the recruiting and hiring process.- Utilize and manage People Ops tools effectively, including LinkedIn and our HRIS (BambooHR).- Continually seek out new opportunities for recruiting remote talent.**Employer Branding**:- Enhance employer brand awareness through active LinkedIn account management.- Seek out awards and recognitions to enhance employer branding.- Develop and execute a long term Talent Management Strategy, including social media posts, career page promotion, and collaborating with leadership to identify and retain top talent.**Operational Responsibilities**:- Administer the HRIS (BambooHR).- Oversee the A-Player Agreement process, ensuring timely sign-offs and effective management.- Handle onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth integration of new team members.- Plan and organize team get-togethers, enhancing team cohesion and morale.- Coordinate travel and activities for in-person events.- Maintain and update the Team Member Guide.- Monitor and update People Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).**Required Skills**:- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.- Expertise in recruitment marketing techniques.- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with mínimal supervision.- Passion for creating inclusive hiring practices.- Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche and technical roles.- Strong knowledge of global hiring practices and remote work dynamics.Bonus points if you're a world traveler/digital nomad**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary.- Flexible, fully remote work environment.- Professional growth and development.- Collaborative, dynamic, supportive team culture.- Paid time off and 8 firm holidays annually.**Our Promise**Join on our relentless pursuit of growth, balanced with the joy we create with the freedom to write our own stories.
