**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the PVC extrusion production lines.- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.- Implement and enforce safety protocols within the production area.- Train and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.**Requirements**:- Must have experience in PVC extrusion.- Strong understanding of production processes and equipment in PVC pipe manufacturing.- Ability to lead and motivate a production team.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per day**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Work Location: In person
