Vos Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES:**Responsibilities**:- Partners with the local VOS Manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy. Leads changeinitiatives and drives process excellence.- Help leads facility Vertiv Operating Systems communications, education and trainings.- Implements site analysis including baseline of operations, financial analysis and continuousmeasurement and improvement.- Education & Certifications:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years’ experience- Six Sigma / Lean certifications, strongly preferred**Requirements**:- Required Experience- Proven track record of operational execution.- Prior experience in leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal.- Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentationsoftware.- Skills Required- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.- Ability to work within a matrix management environment.- Work with mínimal supervision.with world-class result.- Ability to organize and schedule people and tasks; Use goals to guide actions and create detailedaction plans; manage multiple projects.- Execution orientated, with a strong sense of urgency around tangible results.- Able to demonstrate leadership without formal authority.- Strong written and oral communication / presentations skills.- Work well in a team environment, with sound negotiation and issue resolution skills.- Excellent facilitation skills.- Ability to assume a role of authority as necessary; advocate new ideas, even when risk isinvolved; delegate responsibility and empower teams to make decisions; provide constructive- feedback to othersevents; Use tools to define problems; Be systematic in identifying problem areas and- opportunities- Open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpectedcircumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.- Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications,actions, and when dealing with others.- Ability to influence positive change effectively.
