Customer serviceDescripciónImportante grupo europeo en sistemas de canalización, atajo y fijación de cables para la industria, busca Customer Service para realizar las siguientes actividades:Trabajarás integrada en el equipo de México, con el apoyo directo del equipo de Customer Service en Oficinas Centrales del Grupo.Ofrecerá Servicio a nuestros Distribuidores clasificados, el resto de nuestros clientes, y a nível interno al Departamento Comercial, relacionándote con el resto de los departamentos corporativos.- Atención telefónica clientes.- Apoyo al equipo comercial.- Seguimiento e interacción digital con clientes y prospects.- Administración comercial del CRM- Gestión Pedidos- Gestión Ofertas- Gestión a nível Logístico de Pedidos y Ofertas (entregas)- Gestión Reclamaciones de Transporte- Mantenimiento Puntos de venta- Visados de nível 1 y Visados por Delegación del DC/DI/CEO- Seguimiento Ofertas.- Gestión de Incidencias.**Requisitos**:Afinidad con el sector industrial, logístico y post venta.Bilingüe Español/ingles y se valorará un tercer idiomaExcelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto escritas como verbalesCapacidad de familiarizase rápidamente con nueva informaciónAutogestiónOrientado a la atención al clienteCreativo y analíticoApego a procesosCondiciones:Contrato permanenteJornada presencialOportunidades de crecimiento en la empresaPrestaciones de leyZona: Santa Fe-CDMX
