We are dedicated to helping Higher Ed thrive by transforming their institutions to agile, digitally connected campuses that enable student success.About the Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, energetic Associate Project Manager (ASPM) to make a significant contribution to a major ERP implementation that will modernize higher education for multiple state institutions. The Associate Project Manager (ASPM) role will be a member of a team of project managers working under the direction and guidance of a Project Director and will report to the Professional Services Center of Excellence Mexico, Director of Field Delivery.**Where you will make an impact**- Drive project definition and iterate until projects are defined to support the business case and desired business value.- Manage all aspects of a complex, cross-functional projects through delivery.- Assist with the development of the project's key objectives and scope, and communicate them effectively across the project team.- Plan, schedule, and track project deliverables and milestones using Microsoft Project and internal proprietary tools.- Assist with developing and managing the project portfolio and assisting with prioritization.**What you will bring**- 1+ years of experience in project management, strong familiarity with project management software, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Visio, SharePoint and MS Office, experience with managing 3rd party vendors and project budgets.- 1+ years related work experience in a company or department with a heavy emphasis on technology.- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.- Effectively collaborate with and manage 3rd party vendor resources.
