Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.The position will be based in **Polanco, Mexico City.**Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.**What you will do**:As a **Data Analysis intern** in the Customer Service area, you will:- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and processes.- Create and maintain reports to support operational efficiency.- Receive training in SAP and work with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office and programming software.- Collaborate closely with internal customers to identify improvement opportunities.- Propose and implement tools that help reduce response time and enhance team performance.**We believe you have**:- **Bachelor Studies in progress**: Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or any other related.- **Desirable Skills / Knowledge**: Power BI, Programming tools, Microsoft Excel (Macros).
