Blue Yonder Title: Sr OTC SpecialistOther Comparable Titles: Renewals Specialist, Contracts Coordinator, Salesforce AdministratorOverview:As a Renewals Coordinator at our IT company, you will be responsible for partnering with the Renewals team to complete data entry of all renewal types in Salesforce. This includes maintenance contract updates, cloud change requests, license assignments, investment protection programs (IPPs), and subscription contracts. You will be accountable for ensuring data entry is complete in a timely manner and confirming accuracy of the data entered by the review of a legal document and the Salesforce renewal agreement.Scope:The Renewals Coordinator will work collaboratively with other teams across the organization, including Product Management, Legal, and Finance.Our Current Technical Environment:- Salesforce- Microsoft Office Suite- WorkdayWhat You'll Do:- Complete data entry of all renewal types in Salesforce- Coordinate to ensure data entry is complete in a timely manner- Confirm accuracy of the data entered by the review of a legal document and the Salesforce renewal agreement- Research and data entry to finalize complex SaaS conversions, including all cancellations and credit/rebills- Identify and resolve any contract issues, collaborating cross-functionally to unite other organizations around mutually beneficial outcomes- Assist with special projects- Update entitlements on renewal agreements- Provide support and guidance to Product Management Group- Assist with audits- Consult with Legal on contract language or disputesWhat We Are Looking For:- Working knowledge of Contract Management- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Workday- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsAt Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
