AArrow Electronics is looking for an _Asset Associate II_ to join our team in Ciudad Acuña**What You'll Be Doing**:- Assists with the maintenance of appropriate levels of inventory, fulfilling open sales orders and forecasting- Forecasting and inventory review, product life cycle management- Placement of initial PO's and monitor to alter or cancel inventory orders- Resolving sales/supplier related issues/questions and negotiate special returns- Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands- Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes- Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts- Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog, expedite backlog- Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner- Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 3-4 years of experience or related experience- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English- Excel Intermediate- Knowledge of the IBM AS400 is a plus.**What’s In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
