**¿Qué harás con nosotros?**- Diseñar, ejecutar y mantener planes de pruebas para garantizar la calidad de aplicaciones y sistemas.- Implementar estrategias de pruebas funcionales, de regresión, rendimiento y seguridad.- Reportar, documentar y dar seguimiento a defectos encontrados durante las pruebas.- Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo y producto para prevenir y resolver problemas antes de llegar a producción.- Realizar pruebas de liberaciones y dar soporte en entornos de producción para asegurar la estabilidad del software.**Responsabilidades**- Trabajar con desarrolladores y gerentes de producto para comprender requerimientos y criterios de aceptación.- Diseñar y mantener casos de prueba manuales y automatizados.- Ejecutar pruebas en front-end, back-end, APIs y bases de datos.- Validar la integración entre sistemas y la compatibilidad en diferentes dispositivos y navegadores.- Analizar resultados de pruebas y generar reportes claros y detallados.- Asegurar que las entregas cumplan con los estándares de calidad y rendimiento establecidos.- Detectar, documentar y dar seguimiento a incidencias mediante herramientas de gestión de bugs.- Participar en revisiones de código y sesiones de planificación para identificar riesgos de calidad.- Proponer mejoras a procesos, herramientas y metodologías de QA**Requisitos**- Experiência en pruebas manuales y automatizadas.- Conocimiento de metodologías de QA (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).- Experiência con herramientas de automatización como Selenium, Cypress, Playwright o similares.- Conocimiento en pruebas de API con Postman, SoapUI o equivalentes.- Familiaridad con lenguajes de programación y scripting (p. ej., JavaScript, Python, C#).- Conocimiento en SQL para validación de datos y consultas de prueba.- Experiência en control de versiones con Git (GitHub, Bitbucket).- Capacidad para documentar de forma clara y estructurada casos de prueba, resultados y defectos.- Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y análisis.- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, apoyando a miembros junior cuando sea necesario.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Caja de ahorro- Descuento de empleados- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Días por enfermedad- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
