Position Title: Telephone Executive
Location: Aguascalientes

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • English Proficiency: B2-C1 (Advanced)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales processes and customer service, with knowledge of digital platforms used for online sales and purchasing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Basic/Intermediate) and experience with delivery platforms.
  • Availability: Full-time availability, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct proactive telephone sales, nurturing and growing the customer portfolio, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met.
  • Follow up on customer requests, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical service teams to provide seamless customer support throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor and report on sales results, contributing to team and company-wide goals.
