We are specifically looking for a **Senior Production Service Developer **to join Employee Experience Engineering. You will be responsible for administering large scale and complex technology systems focused on improving collaboration services used across the entire Oracle employee population.**Responsibilities for this role include**:- Solve Slack access related problems- Create documentation and educate users- Provide support to channel / workspace admins- Manage admin privileges, channels and workspaces- Meet with Slack engineering / product teams to give guidance- Drive resolution of incidents and service outages- Evaluate telemetry data to identify and solve user issues- Work in Agile development environment that is globally disperse- Partner with our Product and Program Management teams to deliver new features- Collaborate with internal security teams to make systems meet or exceed expectations- Have solid communication skills and the ability clearly explain complex technical concepts- Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that may impact the team’s ability to execute**Desired Skills and Experience**:- 4+ years relevant experience supporting SaaS platforms (Slack)- Experience with collaboration for systems like the following; Threaded Media (Slack, Microsoft Teams & Viva Engage), Web Conferencing (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), Microsoft O365, etc.- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org- Self-driven problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly- BS or MS degree in CS or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
