Our aim is to deliver turn-key solutions to clients that include measurement of key process variables as well as advanced process control. Our products include our minerals online analysers, instrumentation, advanced process control solutions, data automation solutions combined with process consulting services.We are looking for someone who will be operating as part of the Molycop Technology’s team in the America’s. The employee will use his/her process engineering and metallurgical engineering knowledge to provide value to Molycop’s customers.**Qualifications and background expertise**- 1 to 3 years graduated in MSc. from any of the following engineering fields: metallurgy, mineral processing, process control, instrumentation, chemical, or mechanical.- Technical background with experience in mining, metallurgical and process engineering projects or in an industrial setting.- Knowledge in operational concepts and process data interpretation.- Ability to speak Spanish and English is required.- Compatible health to site visits.- Skill to work autonomously providing results on time and in quality.- Ability to expressiveness and presentability.- Availability to travel.**The following will give you an advantage**- Process control and instrumentation experience.- Mineral processing laboratory experience.- Experience working for mining companies in minerals processing plants with exposure to processes such as comminution, flotation, gold leaching, etc.- Knowledge in modelling and process simulation (DEM, Molycop tools, JKSim etc.).- PLC or other industrial control system knowledge / experience.- Commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting on mining/metallurgical plants.- A broad multi-disciplinary interest base, e.g. in process engineering, metallurgy, software, and data analytics.**Responsibilities and Duties**- Become an expert in all aspects of our analyzers and instruments, and process control solutions.- The employee’s area of focus will be Mexico but may be required to work on projects outside of this region from time to time.- Work with existing mining customers to ensure their instrumentation is operating effectively and efficiently.- Complete site visits to review the equipment condition and installation to ensure it is completed to standard.- Ensure the clients are using the latest versions of our instrumentation and propose an upgrade path where possible.- Complete installation, installation support, commissioning, testing, problem solving, repairing and maintenance of online analysers, both on-site and remotely (office).- Conduct plant visits at local and international mineral processing plants.- Customer data monitoring/analysis and real time process evaluation to solve unique problems and to optimize our clients’ circuits.- Write technical documents and reports, e.g. commissioning reports and conference papers.- Complete the required training to improve understanding of Molycop’s instrumentation and process control solutions.- Perform presentations and training to clients of Molycop’s instrumentation and process control solutions and commercial/technical teams.**Working environment**- The role will be hybrid with 3-4 days in the office.- A great team environment in a company where what you do as an individual makes a big difference.- A team that is determined to provide, implement, debug and support advanced technical solutions that bring benefit to clients.- International exposure and the opportunity to be involved in further international expansion.- A company culture that values your contribution and provides direct support.- The opportunity to bring new ideas to a highly innovative and dynamic team who will always consider new opportunities.**Benefits**- Competitive salary- Christmas Bonus- Vacation Premium- Saving Fund- Food vouchers- Gasoline vouchers- Life insurance- Insurance of major medical expenses- Seniority bonus- Performance bonus- Contract; Full-time permanent
