About The Role Major Accountabilities Possess an understanding in IT risk, information, and cybersecurity frameworks / regulations (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST, GDPR, NIS2, SOX404, 21 CFR Part 11 etc.) Awareness regarding emerging technology (AI/GenAI, OT, mobile, cloud) Training and compliance tool exposure for reporting and training content preparation (e.g., ServiceNow, Camtasia, Colossyan or easygenerator) Design, develop, assign, and maintain global training curricula for compliance requirements. Hands‑on experience with metrics design, reporting, and visualization (Power BI, Excel; scripting a plus to analyse data, build executive‑ready dashboards, and drive actionable insight). Qualifications & Skills 3-4 years of industry or consulting experience in trainings, tools and project management (data analytics, dashboards, presentations etc.) Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
