Sr React Software Engineer

What You Will Be Doing Develop high-quality, user-focused web applications using React Contribute to defining and evolving front-end technical architecture Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices Build elegant, responsive, and high-performance cross-platform UI solutions Develop, debug, and enhance front-end components and supporting tools Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to support CI pipelines Support and troubleshoot application, data, or performance issues as needed Actively participate in code reviews and design discussions Collaborate with the team on user story definition and technical refinement Build prototypes and validate ideas using a data-driven approach Mentor junior engineers and promote strong front-end engineering standards Proactively identify risks, prevent roadblocks, and communicate technical impacts to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience English proficiency is a MUST (written and spoken) Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong logical and analytical thinking skills 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering Strong hands-on experience building applications with React Experience with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn/pnpm ) Familiarity with state management patterns (Context API, Redux, Zustand , etc.) Experience consuming and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress , etc.) Experience using version control systems such as Git Experience working with Agile development methodologies Ability to write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews Nice to Have Experience with Next.js or other React-based frameworks Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, APIs, databases ) Experience working with design systems or component libraries Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or GitLab 100% Remote position (candidates must be based in Latin America) 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries IT Services and IT Consulting, Software Development, and IT System Custom Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
