This position focuses on providing operational and administrative support for the client portfolio, working closely with Front Office teams, Middle Office, and product specialists to guarantee efficiency and compliance in all operations.**Key Responsibilities**- **Business Strategy Support**:Assist the TB Branch Manager in defining commercial strategies for specific clients.- **Operational Management**:- Support the Middle Office in resolving incidents.- Monitor and verify the proper functioning of transactional products and services configured for each client, in coordination with product specialists.- Manage account overdrafts, notifying clients and offering solutions to regularize their debit positions.- **Internal Coordination**:- Maintain close collaboration with other Front Office units and CIB support teams to increase cross-selling and ensure the correct execution of transactions.- Participate in the annual review of the price list for products and services for clients, in collaboration with the Middle Office.- **Reporting and Systems**:Use client relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in a timely manner for portfolio tracking and profitability reporting.- Previous experience in support, operations, or back office roles within the banking sector, preferably in transactional or corporate banking. 1-3 years of proven experience.- Knowledge of transactional products and services (e.g., cash management, trade finance).- Skills in client relationship management and resolving operational issues.- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple internal areas (Legal, Risk, Front Office, etc.).- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Advanced level of EnglishEn caso de requerir algún ajuste razonable* en tu proceso de selección, comunícalo al reclutador/a en el primer contacto.En BBVA creemos que contar con un equipo diverso, nos hace ser un mejor banco.
