Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Provide administrative support to HR team in employee life cycle activities and provide on-location HR support to employees in topics like payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc, as well as support in the implementation of projects focused on employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.**This position reports to**:Factory Controller**Your responsibilities**:- Manufacturing Cost Accounting month end activities. Standard cost setting for fabrication, re-view of purchase price variance, review of production order variance, review of Labor, Material and Overhead absorption and inventory management (Raw Material, WIP, Semifinished goods and Finished goods).- Inventory Management. Work with Factory Controller, Warehouse team and SCM team to moni-tor, track and improve the cycle count process and inventory accuracy.- Bill of Material/Production Order. Partner with Factory Controller, Engineering team and Pro-duction team to ensure the Bill of Material accuracy.- Internal Control. Document controls, processes and procedures related to manufacturing ac-counting and ensure SOX compliance.**Your background**:- Student bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related area.- Finance, Accounting, Business or similar. MBA, CPA or similar preferred but not required.- Required Skills: ERP (SAP) FICO Model, ETO Knowledge, OFFICE.**More about us**:
