Daytime Guest Experience Specialist - Near It All, Inc. Schedule: 40 hours/week daytime (Thu-Mon, Tue/Wed off) Location: Mostly remote online (Must be based in Tijuana or nearby area) Pay: $850-$1,050 USD/month, depending on experience Company: Near It All, Inc. - Short‑term rental management company focused on unforgettable guest experiences across Southern California Reports to: Director of Guest Experience Core Responsibilities Guest Communication (Primary) Solve problems with urgency and professionalism Cleaning Coordination Assign and confirm cleaning jobs using Open Voice, ClickUp, and Hostaway Ensure cleaning quality by reviewing photo checklists from cleaners Escalate any issues promptly to the appropriate vendors or team members Inventory & Gifts Monitor supply levels across properties Coordinate restocking with cleaners or local vendors Track and arrange welcome gifts for special occasions and repeat guests Inspections Coordinate quarterly property inspections with trusted field reps Review photo checklists and elevate any maintenance or quality issues Ensure properties meet our high standards of guest readiness Maintenance & Repairs Open, assign, and close tickets for repairs or maintenance in ClickUp Communicate with guests and set realistic expectations when a repair is needed Coordinate with vendors and track resolution clearly in ClickUp Property Oversight Maintain organized property details in Google Drive Monitor recurring needs such as pest control, landscaping, smoke detectors, etc. Support smooth, consistent daily operations Reservation Management Identify red flags early and verify ID when necessary Ensure payments are made Tag and note unusual reservations for team visibility What Success Looks Like Airbnb review scores average 4.95+ All daily tasks are logged and completed in ClickUp Handle tasks independently with minimal supervision Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with guests and teammates Must live in Tijuana or nearby area Must have a valid driver's license Must have a stable internet connection Must have a functioning computer Must have a smartphone with unlimited high‑speed data Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Exceptionally organized, intelligent, and proactive Offers 3 possible solutions before escalating a problem Logs all actions clearly in ClickUp for visibility Looking for a long‑term role with room to grow Must not hold any other job Other Notes You must be available 40 hours/week during U.S. Pacific daytime hours 4 weeks' notice required for time off (except emergencies) Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $16, - $20, al mes Beneficios: Aumentos salariales Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto Fecha límite para postularse: 06/06/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
