Renamed multinational automotive company is looking for his new Supply Chain Manager.Your new companyRenamed multinational automotive company based in Ciudad Juarez, ChihuahuaLocationCiudad Juarez, Chihuahua. | 100% on site position.Your new RoleAs Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for managing the planning and production control, procurement, logistics and quality areas, collaborating in the development and implementation of comprehensive supply chain strategies that fully support the reporting unit objectives and contributes to the overall operating income, cash flow and economic value objectives, establishing and maintaining key supplier relationships, implementing programs and processes that strive to continually reduce the amount of working capital, reviewing and optimizing existing procedures and opportunities to streamline purchasing including the overall procurement of raw materials, supplier and equipment for the organization and supplier quality, overseeing the warehouse inventory, cycle counts, and internal flow logistics, coordinating the materials planning along with the MRP and MPS to achieve desired service levels for clients, introducing the organization to new technical developments in materials that will help the organization accomplish advantage in the marketplace with a strong leadership oriented to empowerment and work under pressure.What you´ll needBachelor´s Degree concluded.Minimum of 9 - 10 years of experience in the supply chain area for multinational automotive companies.Solid 4 - 5 years experience in a managerial role.Vast experience managing demand, supply and production planning, executing MRP and MPS analysis, coordinating procurement department and overseeing logistics operations.Leadership, hands on attitude, work under pressure and highly self-driven individual.Experience with ERP SAP (desirably but not mandatory)MBA is preferred.Advanced English.
