En **Fullman Strategy**, estamos en búsqueda de un **Release Train Engineer (RTE)** para coordinar las liberaciones y eventos de escalado en un entorno **ágil/híbrido** dentro del sector financiero.**Responsabilidades**:- Gestionar y optimizar el **release train**, asegurando entregas eficientes.- Monitorear **riesgos, dependencias e impedimentos** y proponer soluciones.- Asegurar la **calidad del software** en cada entrega.- Monitorear el **cumplimiento de compromisos con base en MIDDO**.- Mantener un **backlog de mejoras** y asegurar su implementación.**Experiência**:- Conocimiento profundo en **SAFe y escalado ágil**.- Gestión de dependencias, riesgos e impedimentos.- Coordinación de **release trains y sincronización de equipos**.- Medición de métricas y optimización de entregables.- Herramientas de gestión ágil como **Jira, Confluence**.**Habilidades**:- Habilidades de facilitación y liderazgo.- Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones estratégicas.- Capacidad para alinear múltiples equipos en un entorno de alta complejidad.- Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y de negocio.**Educación y certificaciones**:**Licenciatura** en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Administración o carrera afín.**Certificación en SAFe o metodologías ágiles** (deseable).**Requisitos**:- **Experiência mínima de 3 años como RTE** en entornos financieros.- Conocimiento avanzado de **SAFe y metodologías ágiles/híbridas**.- Experiência en **gestión de riesgos y aseguramiento de calidad**.- Conocimientos en **gestión de métricas y KPIs**.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.**Lo que ofrecemos**:**Salario competitivo acorde a experiência.****Oportunidades de crecimiento en un entorno tecnológico y dinámico.****Capacitación y certificaciones en tecnologías clave.****Prestaciones de ley y beneficios adicionales.****Ubicación**: CDMX (Híbrido)**Horario**: Tiempo completo, Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Disponibilidad para tomar la vacante- Pretensión Salarial- ¿Tienes experiência como RTE en el sector financiero?- ¿Has trabajado con SAFe y metodologías híbridas?- ¿Manejas herramientas para gestionar liberaciones y dependencias?
