With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**Objective: Oversee all internal factory operations, promoting efficiency and adherence to compliance standards.- Develop strategies to enhance functionality, productivity, and overall growth.- Manage and empower factory staff, ensuring their competency and performance.- Lead efforts towards achieving operational targets, including production output and quality control.- Analyze performance data and shape strategic plans to improve efficiency.- Maintain effective communication and coordination across all factory departments.- Enforce health and safety regulations within the factory environment.- Manage factory budget for cost-effectiveness and profitability.- Promote continuous improvement and a culture of innovation and excellence.- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and diverse workplace culture.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Degree in Engineering, or related field.
