Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Able to have a real-time conversation.- 5+ years of full-time hands-on Business System Analyst experience.- Ability to read and understand source code written in Python and/or JavaScript.- Familiarity with the SDLC and software development.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.- Excellent research skills - the ability to research technology, customer needs and industry trends.- Work well within a team environment and under pressure.- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.- Process driver with a “Get it done” attitude.- Effective listening and a strong commitment to provide excellent customer service.**Nice to Haves**- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.- Experience as a Technical Writer within a Software Engineering team.**Frequently Asked Questions**- What are your typical clients?_The majority of our clients are venture-backed startups at the growth stage.
