Es una organización internacional con operaciones en Norte América. Descripción Planificar y coordinar proyectos de ingeniería. Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los cronogramas y presupuestos establecidos. Colaborar con diferentes equipos para asegurar la integración y el éxito de los proyectos. Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a los proyectos asignados. Preparar reportes detallados sobre el avance y resultados de los proyectos. Gestionar recursos materiales y humanos necesarios para cada proyecto. Implementar procesos de mejora continua para optimizar resultados. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares de calidad en los proyectos. Perfil buscado Visa de turista, Pasaporte mexicano, Competencias de comunicación en el ingles (Avanzado). Licenciatura en Ingeniería, o experiencia equivalente en gerencia de proyectos. Experiencia buscando soluciones económicas para lograr más con menores presupuestos. Alrededor de 10 años de experiencia en ingeniería en plantas de fabricación, apoyando y gestionando proyectos de hasta 25 millones de dólares. Se requiere un sólido conocimiento de las técnicas y procedimientos de gestión de proyectos. Se requiere dominio de MS Office, MS Project y ACAD. Se valorará la experiencia en la gestión de proyectos en la industria metalúrgica o de derivados de alambrón. Habilidades efectivas de comunicación y presentación (verbales y escritas). Debe sentirse cómodo hablando con empleados de todos los niveles de la organización. Conocimiento de contratos (diseño y construcción), cronogramas, estimación de costos y el proceso de diseño. Disponibilidad para viajar a EE.UU. frecuentemente, ocasionalmente por periodos hasta de 10 días incluyendo fines de semana. Qué Ofrecemos Salario competitivo. Prestaciones de ley.
