Finance-accounting Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**- Perform **financial analysis** on hospitality assets, with a focus on **European and all-inclusive hotel models**.- Assist in the preparation of **financial reports, budgets, and forecasts** to support asset management decisions.- Conduct **variance analysis** and identify key trends impacting hotel performance.- Support **profitability analysis** by evaluating revenue streams, expenses, and cost control strategies.- Assist in **monthly financial reconciliations**, ensuring data accuracy across multiple properties.- Collaborate with internal teams and hotel operators to track **key performance indicators (KPIs)** and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.- Maintain and update **financial models** to assess asset valuation, investment performance, and capital expenditures.- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investors.- Support **ad-hoc financial projects and data analysis** as needed.**Qualifications & Skills**- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline**.- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with keen attention to detail.- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling**; experience with **data management tools** is a plus.- Strong understanding of **financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis**.- Ability to **multi-task, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment**.- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** to convey financial insights effectively.- Interest or experience in **hospitality, asset management, or real estate finance** is preferred.If you are a motivated finance professional looking to build a career in **hospitality asset management**, we’d love to hear from you
