In addition, this role is encouraged to be an expert in delivering BI/Visualisation solutions. Working with a diverse and highly skilled team, this role will combine technical expertise with business strategy to take the business to the next level.The projects thus delivered will help the business to take better decisions and build value for them as well as provide objective, timely and relevant information/analysis.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Support 1 to 3 development projects simultaneously.- Deliver end-to-end D&A solutions/outcomes as per specifications under expert guidance.- Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions and handle, support and build end user reports.- Demonstrate the value of data & analytics to identify growth opportunities and support timely, high-quality decision-making.- Connect, transform, and handle diverse data sources to extract meaningful insights.- Mine and analyze data from existing or new databases using different techniques and languages such as SQL & Python to query & lead various large datasets. Needs to be able to optimize queries for performance and scalability.- Follow established processes to deliver outcomes efficiently, meeting SLAs and promoting continuous improvement.**What are we looking for?**- Graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Maths / Analytics or other quantitative field.- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in dashboarding and data visualization, including at least 1 year of development in MicroStrategy or Power BI.- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills using tools such as: MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), QlikView, and UI/UX packages (Dash, Shiny, Bokeh, etc.).- Experience working across various BI and analytics architectures, including traditional data warehouses and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Amazon S3, Teradata, Snowflake, etc.).- Hands-on experience in programming languages: SQL, Python.- Experience in Agile methodologies.- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).- A fast learner and self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and an agile approach to work.**What we offer you?**- **Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives**:- **Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
