This role includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining inventory, and upholding brand standards.**Responsibilities**- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.- Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards.- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and cost control.- Plan and execute special events, banquets, and promotions.- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests and resolving concerns.- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve service and offerings.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.**Qualifications**- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Work Environment:- Fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.- Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.**Housing type**Send your CV through this medium and take the first step towards a new and exciting stage in your professional career.
