ING Bank Romania is an universal bank with more than 1.8 million customers from three business segments: individuals (retail), SME and Mid-Corporate companies and Wholesale Banking.Join usMissionYour day to day- Working within Continuous Delivery or Continuous Deployment processes;-- OS patching;- Implements changes on all environments;-- Participate in DR/BCP plans;- Maintain SLA, System Availability, Capacity management, and Performance KPI- Working in an ITIL and Agile environment- Investigate, analyze and document production incidents, according to SLA agreement and urgency;- Escalation of incidents to 3rd line support, if needed.
