**CV Launch Manager****Your Role****PM Responsabilities**- _Overall Project master timing and project plan_- _Coordinate and Lead project teams to ensure the execution of project plan and to achieve flawless launch_- _Customer interface -Direct, Tiers (PM, Engineering, VAP, SQA, Launch Managers, Program Teams)_- _- _Design and Technical Information (customer design, Delphi prints,..)_- _Engineering Change Management supervision/assessment AE/ME (Flow 4)_- _Customer Requirements (preproduction build requirements and schedule)_- _Commercial Issues Follow up with team until closure_- _Supplier Readiness Issues follow up until closure (tooling capacity, leadtime, validation, pricing, quality, localization; include internal suppliers -Cable, DCS, DEC, HT, DDC,)_- _Business transfer coordination during program execution activities in Flow 4 (timing, customer approvals, readiness, cost compliance)_- _Program Financials ( AR funding, BC updates, performance strategies/compliance, )_- _Program risk management (risk assessment, resolution, escalation)_- _Conduct Required Program Reviews and assessments (PDP, OSA, Customer Milestones, FLM assessments, )_- _Coordinate Handoffs (F3-F4, F4-F5,.)_- _Coordination Program Launch Reflections and best practices ( work with OPM and SME on resulting improvement initiatives)_- _Interface and coordinate with global and JV partners on global programs_- _Reporting (Commercial, Customer, PBU, OPS, VPs, Global)_- _Maintain/Retain program records as required by job and Delphi Policy_**LM Responsibilities**- _Assess plant readiness for program launch:_- _PC: Advance Procurement Comp PO & Logistics, Warehouse Readiness ( ensure a program plan for every part is defined and executed by responsible parties)_- _ME: T&E Industrialization, methods, validation/Ram up follow up (Tools equipment delivered on time, validated, tested, and capable to deliver the required output), business transfers/moves_- _AQP: Poke Yokes and Line release (review evidence of compliance to requirements (Customer /Delphi)_- _HR: Hourly & Salary Hiring Plan (ensure people plan is defined and executed on time)_- _Assess manufacturing Plant OGR activities and ensure the Operational Gate Reviews are conducted (conduct readiness assessment for specific customer milestone requirements )_- _Coordinate Programs Category B and C_- _Engineering Change Management supervision/ assessment AE/ME (Flow 4/5)_- _Coordinate Customer Visits to assigned plants (customer capacity verification, customer quality audits, )_- _Assessment of business transfers/moves during launch execution_- _Ensure proper escalation of off plan conditions and identified risks (categorize issue severity, proactive, with sufficient time for resolution)_- _Coordinate and Lead project teams to ensure the execution of project plan and to achieve flawless launch in Programs Category B and C_- _Coordinate Handoffs ( F4-F5) (RBE 10- to Mfg.
