Property Manager**Perfil**:- Escolaridad: Ing. Mecánico, Mecánico Eléctrico, Ing. Civil, Industrial, Arquitecto o afines, pasante o titulado.- Estado civil: Indistinto**Funciones**:- Encargado de administrar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de aire acondicionado, plantas de emergencia, sistemas eléctricos garantizando la obtención de resultados en los diferentes centros de trabajo.- Supervisar los contratos establecidos con los proveedores de servicios que operan en los edificios (seguridad, limpieza, jardinería, instaladores) y mantener la adecuada relación y contacto con los mismos.- Gestión del inmueble con el fin de optimizar su mantenimiento y maximizar la rentabilidad de este.- Administración de presupuesto.- Actividades de administración general del inmueble.Experiência- De 2 a 3 años en actividades mencionadas**Ofrecemos**:- $24,000 brutos mensuales- Prestaciones de ley- Cotización al 100%- Prestaciones superiores al tener el contrato de planta- Horario Lunes a Viernes 09:00am a 06:00pm y Sábado 09:00am a 01:00pm**Zona de trabajo**:´´Paseo Andares´´
