Summary The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing mobility operations within their assigned region. Typically has a minimum of ***** years of immigration experience, with significant experience as in establishing the immigration process in 2 countries or more. Responsibilities Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers. Conducting regular performance review and providing feedback to Team Leaders. Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions. Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role. Fluency in English and Spanish languages. In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards. Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
