Warranty all relationships of the Company with Unions, Federal and Local Ministers (Labor,Social Security, Trade, Housing, etc.) and Federations are within the legal frame and incompliance; and maintaining a social perspective.3. Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining and developing a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve the objectives of the company.4. Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures of the Company.5. Be the face for HR matters during Audit Exercises (internally and externally (KPMG))CONDITIONS:- Salary: $77,000 gross a month.- Law benefits, (100% quote on IMSS)- Vouchers- Days Off above the Mexican Labor Law.What you will bring to the team:At least, 8 years of relevant experience as HR Manager.
