Por tanto; si quieres integrarte a una compañía con oportunidad de carrera y crecimiento profesional, te invitamos a formar parte de la familia de IMile como **HRBP****RESPONSABILIDADES**:Gestionar el proceso de contratación y Onboarding mejorando la integración y la retención del personal asegurando una experiência de incorporación fluida y exitosa o Brindé soporte continuo y seguimiento a los colaboradores garantizando un ambiente laboral positivo y productivo.Realizar la elaboración de la pre nómina, asegurando la precisión y puntualidad en el proceso de pago de salarios.Gestionar bases de datos para el seguimiento eficiente de información del personal y otros datos relevantes.Realizar proceso de desvinculaciones, asegurando una gestión justa y cumplimiento de normativas laborales.Control y seguimiento de incapacidades, ST7, ST2 y ST3.Conocimiento de la NOM 35 e Implementación de NOM 37 para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y legal en temas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.**Requisitos**:Licenciatura Concluida**Ingles Conversacional (INDISPENSABLE)**Experiência Mínima de 3 añosManejo de ExcelManejo de Sistema OSMOS**OFRECEMOS**:Vales de Despensa.Aguinaldo 20 días.Oportunidad de Crecimiento.Sueldo CompetitivoHorario fijo**Si estas interesado/a y cumples con el perfil NO DUDES EN POSTULASRTE****NOTA: SE REALIZARA PRUEBA ORAL DE INGLES
