As an INVOICING ANALYST, you will approve invoicing and inventory transfers from PPG Mexico for accounting records in the Oracle system.You will report to Finance Sr. Manager**Key Responsibilities**- Approve billing for all PPG Mexico locations.- Approval of Inventory Transfers of all PPG Mexico locations.- Record month-end policies.- Approve invoicing within 24 hours after issuance of electronic invoice for accounting record.- Elaborate re-invoicing and credit notes.- Elaborate APA shipping orders.**Qualifications**- Certified Public Accountant or bachelor’s degree in administration.- Intermediate English.- Knowledge of an ERP system.- +1 year of experience in invoicing processes in manufacturing companies.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
