We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**This position is responsible for the execution of Professional Compensation Core Processes such as: Job Evaluation and Job Offer Letters.**Your Impact**As **TR Assoc Analyst** your functions would consist of:- Perform Job Evaluation for L01-L07 positions according to business needs.- Perform Job Offer letter process according to business needs.- Perform data cleaning focus on TR rules- Support on continuous improvement projects for TR Professional Compensation teamQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor Degree (Finance or Business Administration or related with applicable work experience)**Experience**- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).- Experience of 1 year or less- Advanced level of Excel- Knowledge in data interpretation and statistical analysis of market data- Ability to do market analysis, you do not need proven experience in this, but you know how to interpret data.- Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills- Collaboration with multiculture teams and vendors**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
