**Job Description**:Este puesto es responsable de las funciones del proceso de**Cash Application/ Aplicación de Efectivo. **.**Responsabilidades**:- Análisis, aclaraciones y seguimiento de cobranza recibida y su aplicación.- Aclaración y confirmación de registros de conciliaciones bancarias.- Actualización de saldos y movimientos bancarios.- Análisis y aplicación de compensaciones de saldos a favor originados por anticipos o notas de crédito.- Reporte diario de cobranza recibida y pendiente de aplicar.- Al cierre de mes, presentar la integración de depósitos no identificados, confirmación de registros en conciliaciones bancarias, presentación de reportes de diferencia cambiaria en el posteo de cobranza, estrega de movimientos y estados de cuenta bancarios oficiales del periodo y confirmación de cobranza aplicada.- Reclasificación de registros en las cuentas contables correspondientes (comisiones bancarias y factoraje financiero).- Emisión de CFDI'S de complementos de pago.- Es responsable de dar solución a las solicitudes del área de cobranza.- Disposición para realizar tareas adicionales con relación a lo asignado.**Conocimientos, Habilidades y Experiência**:- Licenciatura o superior requerida en Contabilidad, Finanzas o Administración.- Experiência mínima de 3 años en contabilidad o finanzas.- Conocimiento de normatividad contable y fiscal aplicable (emisión CFDI'S, Código Fiscal, requisitos fiscales de deducciones)- Experiência en la escalación de los problemas, notificando a la gerencia de manera oportuna.- Experiência en manejo de ERP- Manejo de Excel intermedio: tablas dinámicas, formulas, etc.- Conocimientos CFDI 4.0- Adaptable al cambio, precisión en el desarrollo de actividades y puntualidad.- Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.- Capaz de mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible.- Atención al detalle.**What's In It For You?**- ** Elective Benefits**: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.- ** Grow Your Career**:Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.- ** Elevate Your Personal Well-Being**: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.- ** Diversity, Equity & Inclusion**:It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
