Responsible for maintaining defined data in SAP (Material master, PIR, Source List, Pricing conditions) to ensure information availability and customer support capability for quotations and orders within defined supply chain.Quickly processes request for item extension as defined by Global Quotation Support.Extends and maintains item data globally according to defined guidelines and processes.Adheres to lean processes and KPI requirements set by the Manager, GQS Master Data.Cross trained within Global Quotation Support to be able to support Technical Support, Receiving and Cost Estimation.Reporting and logging of issues related to ticketing tool and following up to make sure issues are resolved.INTERNAL INTERFACESGlobal Quotation Support Technical Support TeamGlobal Quotation Support Receiving TeamGlobal Quotation Support Cost Estimation TeamGlobal Quotation Support ManagementGlobal Order Operations TeamProduct Line EngineeringHead of Global Quotation SupportmBITS Master Data Management and Global Application managementAuthorized to develop, define and implement global quotation support material master data strategy as directed and within guidelines established by the direct management and SVS and Metso Outotec policies and procedures.**Requirements**:Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in sales support, supply chain or material data management.Must be extremely detail oriented.Experience with Item Management within SAP.Extensive experience in SAP data processing.Experience with Global Data Management a plus.Related degree, certification, and technical abilities.Experience working in the mining, aggregates, or engineering related industry.Experience with Metso Outotec products.Understanding of Metso Outotec distribution and logistics network.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.Strong familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated system (SAP)Capability to articulate and communicate topics within the area of expertise.Understanding of customer, competitor and supplier development, trends and technologies.A high level of computer skills is essential - Excel, Word and Power Point.Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines.**Language skills (written, listening and oral)**: English (mandatory).Ability to work in a team atmosphere.Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere.Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several tasks at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making and working in a fast-paced environment.
