We're hiring:QUALITY ASSURANCE SR - Advanced English level**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree/engineering completed- Advanced English is required.- Own car.- 5+ years as Quality Assurance Sr- Knowledge of programming languages: C/ C++, Python, JAVA, HTML, JSP, J2EE, SQL, Oracle, UNIX/LINUX (preferred).- Experience in agile projects (preferably).SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Methodologies, Project Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Objective Management, etc.- Designs innovation change initiative processes in partnership with relevant local, global and/or central business departments with high autonomy.- Facilitates the delivery of IT services to process partners in their own area of responsibility.- Ensures strategic alignment with core IT processes.- Aligns with colleagues continually through direct communications and project results (both small and large).- Negotiates agreements with commercial and support functions in own area of responsibility.- Seeks to take the initiative and proactively perform their duties within their own space.- Orients other resources on tasks and responsibilities.- Develops, maintains and effectively manages customer relationships at all levels of the organization.- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts within IT and business organizations.- Facilitates IT quality assurance checks and verifies that projects are in full compliance with the information technology process.- Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to define, communicate, and train Agile-based principles.- Identifies, researches, and evaluates new and emerging technologies and standards that can be used to develop new and different strategic directions and processes for business and IT functions.- Acts as liaison with software vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any issues.- Ensures effective system change control, problem management and incident management; thus reducing the risk, ensuring the quality and continuity of the business.**OFFER**:- Basis salary.- Grocery vouchers.- Gasoline vouchers.- Punctuality and attendance bonus.- Provisions of law from the first day.
