"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Now we are looking for this position:**Knowledge Management Sr Analyst****Main Purpose**The objective of the role is to support the Knowledge Management lead in some of the important Knowledge Management and Service Delivery Compliance activities of Mexico Business Services.**Accountabilities**- Managing an estimated of multiples documents: Process Maps, Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Procedures, and various related documents like Service Catalog, Knowledge articles, training, etc. in SharePoint and other tools.- Ensure documentation is kept up to date by managing Service Change Requests.- Coordinate large teams, lead new implementations, and maintain Knowledge Management Elements up to date.- Identify and resolve knowledge management gaps of service delivery employees. Run process tests, create solutions, lead implementations develop materials, and training as required.- Lead compliance-related activities like yearly audits, and support quality checks.Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- Advance English is required- Minimum 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Service Delivery Compliance Functions, process excellence or transition management is required- Must have excellent communication and leading skills, initiative, teamwork and proven ability to drive compliance- Experience with Project management is a plus- Ability to influence, persuasive and strong in change management; strong leadership- Disciplined and consistent, with the highest degree of ethical behavior; proactivity, creativity and well organized- Strong conceptual and process thinking**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
