**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: (Education, special training and years of experience required.)**- Bachelor’s degree on Industrial Engineering or related field profession.- 3 to 5 years of Experience on materials department (Planning, Purchasing, Warehouses), Inventory Control or related- Expose to fast phased manufacturing environments.- Utilization of analytical tools (MS Excel Proficient)**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Knowledge on ERP Systems (ORACLE/EBS)- Inventory Management Concepts and tools (APICS Certification as a Plus)- Lean Concepts Problem solving tools- Judgment.- Ethical- Critical thinking- Teamwork- Audit Experience**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Ensure Plans and strategies for Inventory level optimization are executed timely manner.- Track Inventory and Materials department KPI- Report deviations from target and establish on conjunction with Materials department staff actions for proper correction.- rk as a change agent along the organization.
