Join our team as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and hiring top-tier professionals who align with our values and vision.As a strategic partner to the business, you will:- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to meet hiring goals across diverse functions.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, talent needs, and organizational culture.- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by proactively building inclusive talent pipelines.- Contribute to specialized recruiting programs such as university relations, executive search, technical hiring, or diversity-focused outreach.- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles—from high-volume positions to specialized talent—ensuring alignment with workforce planning and overall talent strategy.- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing approaches.- Lead offer negotiations and closures in accordance with company policies and compensation frameworks.- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.**Required Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.- 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related HR discipline.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.**Join us**and play a key role in shaping a world-class talent acquisition organization that supports the growth and success of our global workforce.
