Somos **disruptivos, proactivos, leales y ambiciosos.** Sabemos que solo logrando el éxito de cada uno podemos construir la historia de éxito de KAVAK.Únete a nosotros como** People Business Partner Junior Analyst-GDL**Tu misión sera: Asegurar que la agenda de temas de la división bajo su responsabilidad, sea considerada en todos los procesos de People y trabajar en conjunto con los líderes de la división bajo su responsabilidad para consolidarse como punto de contacto en relación a todos los temas relacionados con People.**¿Qué vas a hacer?**- Ejecución de procesos de Recursos Humanos.- Ser el vínculo entre los procesos de People y la Operación.- Instalarse como referente de People y punto de contacto para la división bajo su responsabilidad.- Conocer a su cliente interno y monitorear iniciativas de mejora para la división bajo su responsabilidad.- Trabajar en equipo con el resto de los People Business Partners de la estructura y con el resto de las área de People para asegurar la coherencia y la sinergia en los temas a tratar.- Participar en la definición de las necesidades de talento (contratación, training, desarrollo, compensación, beneficios, etc.) para la división bajo su responsabilidad.**¿Qué buscamos?**- Licenciatura terminada en Administración, Psicología o a fin.- 1 año de Experiência en roles similares.- Capacidad de análisis y negociación.- Excel intermedio.- Disponibilidad de trabajo 100% presencial.- Zona de trabajo: Av.
