We offer honesty, transparency, trust, integrity (and much more) and expect the same from our team.**_Specific Duties and Responsibilities: _**- The Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers across the United States and around the globe.- Conduct daily phone calls and conversations in English.- Explain how our solutions align with the customers' pain points- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments- Engage customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy.**_Qualifications: _**- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Previous call center, sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred.- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and team managers.- Demonstrated ability to be professional, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented, and creative.- Excellent selling and organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal and representational skills.**_Education and Experience Requirements: _**- Bachelor’s degree, or relevant equivalent experience plus a minimum of three years related professional experience.- experience working as a Sales Representative or a similar role is preferred.- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.**Currently living in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.**Work Remotely:- Hybrid work negotiable after a certain period of time working in the office**Job Type**: Commission**Salary**: From $20,000.00 per month**Experience**:- call center: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
