Maintain high levels of productivity in safety, OEE, BOM consumption, down time, PPM, standard costs and turnover. Solve all the process and quality issues detected. Act as a leader and actively participate in the culture change project.**What You’ll Do**:- Deliver 100% of production program volume.- Start up all new machines and process.- Maintain under control the KPI stablished, consumption of materials, quality, scrap, cycle time; etc.- Continuous improvement of all parameters.- Maintain the level of inventory 99.7 % accuracy.- Create and maintain database for SPC- Develop people trough operative certification- Maintain a healthy work environment detecting any issue and treat it as a priority.- Responsible for Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental Protection and practicing a simplicity philosophy, Monitoring and implement actions required to accomplish the business indicators and the customer satisfaction.- Accomplish the guidelines stablished by the IMS, environmental, safety and health, and define the controls needed. Supervise that the people on charge make the activities related to their job to accomplish the business objectives and keep working the IMS, environmental, safety and health.**Projects You’ll Work On**:- Accomplish all the stages for “Saltillo expansion plan” on IMM process (prepare layout, receive machinery, startup machines and process, etc.).- Solve any process issue trough analysis and problems solving methodology.- Maintain an accurate level of inventory, raw materials and finished goods.- Create and maintain an SPC database to take actions for continuous improvement.- Continuously optimize cycle time and reduce changeover time and scrap levels.**Qualifications**:- Expert on Assembly Process, 5 years of experience at least- Change Management- Professional at Problem Solving and Root Cause analysis.- Deep knowledge of assembly Process,- Advanced Knowledge of automation, robotic.- Deep knowledge on 4.0 industry.- Core tools deep knowledge,- Basic CAD, GD&T,- Expert in Manufacturing processes,- Advanced Knowledge of Lean manufacturing- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic and instrumentation- Knowledge of World Class quality standards.**Additional Information**:BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
