Direct message the job poster from GoLive Recruitment Global IFS Headhunter - Connecting elite IFS professionals with businesses globally IFS ERP Specialist Location: Monterrey, Mexico The Opportunity We are supporting the launch of a greenfield Industry 4.0 manufacturing facility , offering the chance to join as a founding team member . This role provides a high level of autonomy, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to shape core systems from day one. You’ll work within a lean, experienced delivery team and play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and long-term ownership of IFS Applications within a modern, digitally driven factory environment. The Role As the IFS ERP Specialist, you will: Take full ownership of IFS Applications , covering both solution and application management Partner closely with external IFS consultants to drive system design and implementation Support an Agile project delivery , starting from design through to Go-Live Lead all implementation phases including: Confirm Prototype Solution Design & Configuration Implementation Manage integrations with MES, WMS, and TMS systems Define system configurations, reports, integrations, and required customisations Train and support business users across supply chain functions Coordinate and manage external IFS consulting resources Your Background Required At least One IFS / ERP implementation , with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Nice to Have Automotive or discrete manufacturing experience Exposure to MES and WMS environments IFS Cloud experience - although not mandatory. Background in steel processing or heavy manufacturing Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management (APICS CPIM certification is an advantage) The Person You’re an entrepreneurial, hands‑on professional who thrives in fast‑moving environments.
