**Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a position with a Occupational Medicine practice located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The practice is part of a large non-profit healthcare system.**Job Qualifications/Job Duties**- 1 years of experience working as an Nurse Practitioner.- Current CA NP license- Monday- Friday schedule. No call.- Care for patients in an outpatient Occu Med setting under Physician supervision; pre employment physicals, workers comp, DOT.**Compensation/Benefits**- Top compensation of $132k to $195k, based on experience.- Productivity bonus- Sign on bonus of $5000.- Retention bonus of $15,000 over 3 years.- Countless benefits package.
